Course dates
Saturday 4th May, Saturday 11th May at 10am
You'll meet the instructors, learn the lifts, focus on technique and get the feel of what our Stronger Classes look and feel like, it's a great way to get confident before joining as a member and also hopefully you'll meet some new gym friends too.
This is a ladies only course as Stronger classes are female strength training sessions.
