We are so excited to be running a 2026 0-5k run club, with your weekly runs and homework to complete you'll achieve your 5k goals with a team of others who will be there on the journey to cheer you on and keep you going.
The sessions will be every Thursday at 7.15pm and you'll meet at the Studio and gradually and confidently build yourselves and each other up.
All fitness levels are welcome, no one gets left behind 🩷
