If you need a a January plan then our amazing KettleBelle course is definitely one for you, this course has been running for 5 years and is still going super strong....why?
Because it’s a great way to get back to or continue your fitness/weight loss/Inch-loss goals, also you’ll be with the same group of people each week throughout the 6 week course so if busy classes make you nervous here’s a great way to get your foot in the Studio door.
The workouts are programmed by our amazing instructors to give you big tough workouts that will challenge and change you 🙌🏻
