Here’s your chance to learn your barbell lifts, as well as work towards increasing your strength and your power output.
The sessions will programmed as Strength and Conditioning, so the lifts first and the conditioning finish so you leave on a high!!
During the 6 weeks we will work through compound lifts like
Rows - Body Weight and Barbell
Each week we will work through alternative sets, reps and tempos and we will include mobility work to enable you to work effectively and efficiently.
Tuesdays at 8pm -Starts 7th September
Wednesdays 8pm -starts 22nd September
Saturdays at 9am -Starts 11th September
Saturdays 10am -Starts 11th September
