Here’s your chance to learn your barbell lifts, as well as work towards increasing your strength and your power output.
The sessions will programmed as Strength and Conditioning, so the lifts first and the conditioning finish so you leave on a high!!
The first 6 weeks we will work through
Rows - Body Weight and Barbell
Each week we will work through alternative sets, reps and tempos and we will include mobility work to enable you to work effectively and efficiently.
Tuesdays at 8pm with Angie
Saturdays at 9am with Angie
Saturdays 10am With Jemma
6 weeks Commencing 8th and 12th June.
