Join us for 8 weeks of Help and support to get you from ‘no running/experience’ to completing a 5k run at the end of the 8 weeks. Our run club leaders have helped many people to complete their 5k goals, some have even gone on to run half/full Marathons and some are now training for triathlons. This could hopefully be the start of something exciting and new.
The course is 8 weeks long and it begins on Tuesday 15th September at 6pm. It’s focused on complete beginners so if you have been out of the fitness game for a while and are not sure if this is for... it definitely is for you ❤ Each week you will meet at 6pm and you’ll be free to go by 6:45pm, with warm up and cool down you’ll be looking at 30 minutes. The final week will be 3rd November where you will be over the moon to have completed your 5k run.
The cost for the 8 Weeks is £35 for the full course, we use this course to encourage people back into fitness or to allow some of our current members to try something new, this course is very popular and hugely successful so we cannot wait to see you all in September!
